What Swiftvvivid does, in plain terms
Swiftvvivid is a real estate agency operating exclusively in Garissa County, Kenya. We help individuals, families, and businesses buy, sell, rent, and value property — from residential plots and family homes in Iftin Estate to commercial buildings in the town centre and agricultural land along the Tana River and Mbalambala corridor. We do not operate outside Garissa County, and we do not manage short-term holiday lets. Our mandate is focused: serve clients in this specific market, do it thoroughly, and do it without the information leaks that come with large-scale agency operations. We have handled over 140 mandates since opening in 2018, across sales, long-term rentals, and certified valuations. Every client in that history received the same direct access to a senior agent — no handoffs, no junior staff fielding calls on their behalf. We are a micro-agency by design, not by accident. That size limit is what keeps our quality consistent.

That means we don't share client names between files, we don't discuss pending transactions with outside parties, and we never use a live deal as a marketing case study without explicit written consent. Our azure-trust colour scheme is a deliberate choice: it signals the calm, structured environment we try to create for every client interaction, from first meeting to handover of keys. We are registered with the Estate Agents Registration Board of Kenya and hold current annual licences for all services we provide. We carry professional indemnity insurance. Our valuation reports follow the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya methodology. What we cannot guarantee — and will not promise — are specific sale timelines or market value outcomes. Property markets in Garissa, as elsewhere, are influenced by national economic conditions, infrastructure decisions, and seasonal factors outside our control. Our job is to give you the clearest possible picture of those conditions and the best available execution within them.
